 Aspect : For the most part, South, South-West facing slopes

Tasting notes :

Visual : Golden robe with green highlights.
Nose : Nose with citrus fruit and gunflint aromas, demonstrating lovely minerality.
Palate : Supple and fruity, a wine with a good, firm mouthfeel. Mineral finish, pleasantly fresh in the mouth.

Practical guidelines : :

Food/wine matches : This wine offers a superb accompaniment to grilled fish or fish cooked in foil - an absolute must with andouillette (tripe sausage) cooked in Chablis.
Alcohol by volume : 12,5 % alc/vol
Present and future : Chablis 2007 is to be appreciated in its youth for its fresh character; this wine may be kept for 7 to 8 years.
